Dear representative of Nike, Levi's, Adidas,

I am writing to bring your attention to the situation facing workers at Bed and Bath factory in Thailand.

Those workers produce clothes for your company in condition that contravened both Thai Laws and your company codes of conduct. According to research conducted by the TLC workers were force to work extensive overtime. In some cases they work through the night, finishing at 5 am and starting at next shift at 8 am. Workers claim that factory owner put amphetamine in their drinking water so they could work through the night. In October, factory closed it doors and the factory owner Mr. Chaiyapat Phothikamjorn and Ms. Uayporn Songpornprasert have disappeared, owing Bed and Bath workers back pay and severance pay. The workers, some of whom have young children, are in desperate economic situation.

Please write to the Thai government urging to pay workers of what they owed. If the government refused please pay workers the percentage of what they owed according to your company order to the factory.

Your companies profited from the exploitation of these workers, your responsibility toward them does not end now that the factory has closed.

Sincerely,
